What are the next SEO steps for 3 months old website?

hi friends, I have a new job search website which is around 3 months old, and I am doing directory submissions, Article submissions, bookmarking, forum posting bloging etc for it currently, it is in top 30 right now for a very competitive keyword. what are the next steps for it? shall i continue the link building process only? or i can cover anyting else too? please help
