1. Good internal page structure 2. Update site content and page 3. Backlinks 4. submit google sitemap (under google webmaster tools)
The two best methods would be: 1. Create/include content in constantly 2. xml sitemaps to google and yahoo 3. if you have RSS, add it to feedburner
Have a frequently updated site that gets visited a lot. Done. What that has to do with social bookmarking in particular is beyond me.
The best way to increase google crawl rate is to update or add lot of content in your site on regualr bases. Doing this will enable the option in webmaster tools to increase the crawl rate. But I suggest you only change the crawl rate if your site gets updated often.
1. Use Google. 2. Find their site. 3. Use your brain. 4. Done. If you can't even figure this out, forget about this whole making money on the internet thing. You can't expect hand holding all the time.

You helped me to know about Google Crawling Rate ... Thnx 4 that...
For crawl rate you should focus on: * Tweaking and decreasing page load * Creating a clear navigation path * Creating an internal link structure * Server uptime * Increase site static content * Use search engine friendly URL's * Create a sitemap.xml file which include your most important pages and submit to Google Webmaster Tools * Use robots.txt to block duplicate content pages, unauthorized pages, and miscellaneous (time waster) pages such as Privacy Policy page, TOS page, registration pages, etc. (basically if the page does not need to be indexed or crawled then block it in the robots.txt so it doesn't waste the bot time crawling unwanted pages, the bot will be more useful crawling the pages you want crawled and indexed -- the bot already limits its time on a site so don't waste that time) Good luck!
Constant and regular updating is the main key, use Google Webmasters Tools to define the crawling rate.
