What are the major on page seo factor?

Hi guys.....I just want to know that what are the major on page seo factor when we are developing website.

 

I believe Keyword research

 

Title, description, H1, content and the sites URL and link structure.

meta is dead, just so u know...

 

Is it important to include the keyword in our Title for which we are working..??

 

The most important one are:
Page loading time.
Keyword density.
Title.(Most Important)
Nice and long article.

In addition to this, I have noticed that this single content meta tag ie "<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> in every page is useful .

Also flat internal hierarchy is another nice method to follow in Onpage .

 

How to get real link building to my websites or blogs?

 

There are at least 500 replies regarding these in DP already . If you have real eyes, hope you can see the Search Botton in the top right ,use that and your brain. I am in SEO for few years, I did not heard any term such as Real/Virtual Link Building yet , sounds interesting for me.
