What are the main legal landmines of operating a forum?

    The copyright issue is what I'm mainly concerned about, I think. How does one protect one's self?

    I would think that to run a forum, you definitely need to have a moderator to ensure that all is right and legal. If you do not moderate, it may seems that you consent to the postings.
