Google+1 is a recommendation of Google search page, It will make your website popular to improve ranking on Google search page which increase web traffic for your site.

Having Google pluses for your posts is like having rewards for your content from the users. Google shows the number or pluses and rank accordingly.

Better for what? Speaking about rankings, I find it hard to believe that Facebook should have a higher impact than G+...

 

There has been a lot of discussion about whether or not a lot of Google + will help a web pages SEO or not. So I tested it out and got a lot of + for a single website. It didn't seem to make much difference. However, just to be on the safe side, I put it, along with all the other social sharing and rating buttons on my pages and would suggest you do it, too.
