What are the hosttest niches right now?

Hi, I am Joe Janeski. I am looking to create some start-up companies and then sell them. To do this, I am looking to find out the hottest niches right now. Please don't refer me to old threads, because it needs to apply to the present time. I am considering, obama, haiti,mmorpg, twilight, and others. Please advise me in the right direction. Thanks.

Haiti is definitely hottest niche at the moment due to the nature fury, the niche will totally depend on the content you are looking to add in

Depending on what you are going to do with that niche. Coupons has always been a really hot niche that is growing fast.

 

IMO,money making online is current hot niche.
Many people get lay off and want to earn online so you can seize this chance to earn money from them.

It has to making money online so many people would just love to quit their day job, so finding a sub niche here would be a real winner.

 

I would say acne or weight loss. People care about the way they look.

 

To me that sounds like a hot "spam subject",
chances are that your outgoing emails would go into the world's junk mailboxes, and you might end uphaving a problem with that.

 

What you need to really do is a website on fashion, exercise and stuff like that for MEN. The only site I visit about stuff like that is askmen. While some people don't care how they look, a lot still do. You would obviously need some writers who know what they are talking about, unless your planning on just building the site and selling it without content.

 

Try a site about making money online, marketing and sales. Those are usually popular as everybody is looking for the next get rich quick idea or make money without much effort idea.

 

People are looking for jobs, so employment related sites. Celebrity gossip is always hot.

 

Politics will be good niche too...

 

Here's a tip, after the Twilight phase, the next phase will be fallen angels.

 

Nah... fads go in cycles and so far we've had vampire movies in the early to mid 90s then zombie movies in the late 90s-early 00s, now we're at vampire movies again so zombies are next.

 

Avoid Haiti, that is a terrible niche to try to monetize right now for a website. Sure, right now, in 2 months, but in a year? The site will die once the news about Haiti dies..
