What are the good procedures to increase the page ranking in Google while doing SEO?

I am working on Esea Cruising. I want to do SEO for this site. What I have to do?

i'm assuming by page ranking you mean the ranking of your page, not "page rank" (google PR). as already mentioned, don't worry about PR.
but to rank higher, it's split into two areas:

1. on page optimization
2. backlinks

and each are as important as each other

for on page optimization, focus on putting your main keywords in the title tag, heading tag, and in your copy. but don't overdo it.

and then focus on building links to your site (that should an ongoing goal).

there's a bit more to it than all of that, but that's the basics.
