    I guess go in top 10 article directory. Besides natural link, they can also help you to gain your visitors. :)

    goarticles and isnare are pretty good for back links simply because people seem to use content off these two...The ezinearticles crowd seem a bit more wary about using the articles on their sites.

    I would say the best would be the first that appears in google search for like terms "free article directory" or "submit articles online". You'll also find others who are providing their top directories and can also give you a stepping stone to find directories that does quick listing of your submissions. :)
