What are the general rules for a site to be approved in a directory

    Please list all the features or things a website requires for it to be approved by a directory.

    also tell me whether directories will approve websites with duplicate content like free plr alrticles and articles from article sites.

    if you stuff your description with keywords and nonsense, you are automatically, 100%, get rejected.

    Unlikely, I certainly don't accept them, there is already enough duplicate content on the web to promote even more :eek:

    The general rules will differ from directory to directory. Like, some accept sub pages dome don't. So, to get the better idea, its always wise to read the guidelines given on almost all directories.

    Absolutely not (well at least not the case with paid directories). I don't think most of paid directories will list such sites as there is already enough duplicate content available and we certainly don't need to promote it. Also, such a submission will not add any value to the directory itself.
