I would suggest you try writing articles with links back to your blogs. It looks like you've covered the posting forums already. Try trading links with similar subject blogs also donrock

You should always update your site/blog with interesting content that will make people want to come back. Build high quality, targetted links. Can either be paid or by doing link exchanges with other similar sites. Ensure they are relevant so that they generate potential traffic as well as an increase of authority. You could offer competitions etc to make people tell their friends/family, increasing traffic. Submit to article directories, write informative articles about your niche and add a link into the resource box with things like "For more information on ... visit ..." have you tried guest posting on a popular blog in your niche? I would give that a shot.. typically they allow you to link to your site and you can gain new readers.. Also I would always add an option to subscribe through email to your blog so people can get your posts through their email.
I would also consider finding a clean theme you can modify to your liking.. everyone enjoys a site that is visually appealing. It's obvious you have the content on your site.. Very professional as well.
Add blogs to RSSs catalogs/blog directories, such as readablog.com, once you make a new post it will be visible to others through those web-sites' RSS readers.
Article marketing works okay but I think it is over-rated. Social bookmarking has worked well for me, but you have to submit quality pages that people will like.
