i create a new blog and i need to know What are the first SEO steps after Create a blog?

and what are the bests ways to get traffic.

You need to do keyword research and find out what keywords you want to go after. The more competitive the kw, the more it's going to take to rank your site.

I use SEO yoast for my seo on my blogs. Just make sure you figure out your keywords before getting started...

 

Maybe you should have done the niche determination and keyword research before setting up the blog.

I assume you have purchased a domain name and setup hosting.

If it is on a free blogging site find some offers to promote and put up a banner affiliate image. You can also do ad-sense.

Drive some traffic and make some money if that is your objective.

You need to create meta information of the blog and add all the H tags properly.

 

You probably already have a domain. I would consider a new one with your keyword in the domain. Look at the Adsense Flippers website, they offer a free book on SEO optimization for blogs.

 

after creating your blog you need to create social bookmarks, high PR website profiles where ever its applicable. Analysis your keyword using Google Keyword Tool and target them in the order you wish. never copy paste your blog from others. Find few good RSS feeds. Tumblr is best to have a profile. not face book because your blog may not get target visitors.

 

You'll most likely be using Wordpress or another well known CMS. So, if I could suggest doing anything else other than content (which has been said), I would recommend adding a SEO plugin or extension if you can't modify the titles and descriptions already.
