What are the factors have an impact on the Google Page Rank?

    From my experience I think all the factors people are talking above are in the loop, but the most useful ones are QUALITY UNIQUE CONTENT and RELEVANT BACKLINKS.

    backlinks are the most important part or pays a good impact to page rank, start focusing on do follow links.

    It is my understanding that the PR is calculated from the PR of the pages on which your link occurs. For example if you have a backlink from a PR5 page and you are the only link on that page you are getting credit for a PR5 link. If however this page has two links on it you are only getting credit of 2.5 and etc. I'm sure the formula would boggle my mind but this is the essence of the formula. That being the case, one link from a PR5 source is far more valuable than 20 links from PR0 pages.
