What are the different sponsorships types?

    I am looking for different sponsorship types for my forum and am reaching different types. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    The only thing which come in my mind is if you have niche directory to ask some companies in your niche to give you few hundreds $ for banner and links on your forum. No other ideas.

    Couldn't you do something similar to that with sponsors for each category? Like Directory Of The Month category on this forum was brought you by "APopularityContest.com, Create a free poll for your webite", and then do that for each category. Be careful not to create too many categories though just to sell ad space. Increase price if you want more.
