I was thinking about this in mind, is there really a deffernce between them!, Is a Hacker = Programmer = a Coder , i think in my opinion a hacker is a programmer but in a high level which prof. exists, but is the Coder similar to them, i want to see your thoughts and opinions about this question " and if there is a realistic fact about this please mention it in your comment"

Thanks and Have a Good day

Generally, a programmer is a coder but some will tell you a programmer does more architecture of the code while a coder develops programs to that architecture. A hacker is a programmer who loves to get into the very bowels of the code and/or the complete system he works with. Programmers and coders won't get into the kernel or try and rework system internals. Hackers will.

And let's get one thing straight here. A hacker is not a cracker. Most hackers are not crackers but all crackers are hackers. I'm proud to call myself a hacker and would never involve myself in cracking.

I think Coder and Programmer is the same man, Hacker is the man use programming skill to hack or break down some security system for some purposes

But programmer maybe have a role that's more important than coder. Do you think like me?

Coder: A persons who codes snippets or entire websites.
Programmer: A coder is someone who who codes parts or entire programmers.
Hacker: A person who users software (generally) to break in to software, severs, etc. The really awesome ones are those who don't use software made by somebody else.

Feel free to give a better definition rather than rant about mine. I admit I don't know a lot about it, and certainly could be wrong, but lets see you do better.

However I do agree that IE9 is not a modern browser and I know quite a bit about that. I do a lot of CSS coding myself and IE9 is the worst.

Yes. CSS is the best programming language. Facebook and Twitter both code in CSS.

Yes it is! You see lots of CSS programmers. In fact there are so many, you have to add extra s's at the end! Dennis Ritchie is the most famous of all the Css programmers. Even now, there are so many Css programmers, they have to call them C++programmers, there so many! But I use PHP and Jave. Jave is the best programming language. So I use PHP.

But in my point of view programmer and coder are same designation only naming convention differs. And the hacker is not programmer it is network professional person to break the security for any purpose.

Another person who loves to talk as if they knew anything when they don't yet ignores people who tell them what foolish, ignorant comments they make.

My take would be a Coder, and a Programmer is someone that will take something that is known to be possible and then make it, while a hacker would try and make it by finding a way to make it a hacker would be someone that would destruct the program and find loop holes or push to move technology forward hacking is more of creative problem solving however the media would tell you a whole new story. This is just how i would define them in short to be honest your question would take a long time to answer. in my eyes a hacker would more then likely be a Programmer/coder aswell.
