Why the domain names offered by hosting providers are so expensive ?

 

I always use godaddy when i want a cheap domain. I just go to livecodes.blogspot.com and grab a coupon code from there.

They are preety cheap already. Even there standard rates are lower than 'Godaddy'. And with discount coupons that you can search on the net they are either atpar or cheaper than 'Godaddy'

if you mean cheapest for unlimited number of .com domains, that will be godaddy
for a limited number of domains, there are many number offers from different registrars , where cheapest could be as many as 3 *free* domains! (limited time offers, limited countries, new customers only, etc, etc)
