As cheap as possible ...Am living on the street these days...

Domains by themselves won't bring you $
You need to have something of value to offer.
If you want to do this on a website, there are lots of free sites you can create for yourself using wordpress, blogger etc. - but this takes lots of time.

Alternatives are creating your own products, such as eBooks, for sale - using Fiverr, PLR resellers, etc
Or offering to 'work' online or offline in exchange for $
