What are the chances of policy violates banned to reinstate ?

    Hello,

    i would like to know what are the chances for the site for policy violates .

    5 days ago i change the website style so that i get higher CTR . my CTR ALWAYS below or 1-2%.

    So i change the main index where my visitors comes the most . Ctr went high to 3% and after that i got banned saying policy violates , should provide good user experience.

    So i change it back as it was used to be ( which was running like from 6 years ) .

    Now , My question is what are my chances to reinstate the site . I have also check the duplicate content from copyscrape and found few other site using the same content which i was using so i change it too .

    Now what are my changes to have my account back ?

    You can appeal for one last time. Make the required corrections like making the ad placement back to the earlier format. Regarding content if your content is copied you need not worry as your post will be higher in search engines as you posted the original article before and it was indexed first.
