I totally agree with this. I had my account banned because my friends went to my site to "Help" me out. But they got my account banned because they clicked a bunch of ads and didn't tell me. 1,000 clicks from the same IP address will get you banned super fast.

But surely Google would see something was wrong and wouldn't count the clicks... after all it could have been a random person doing it, or somebody who dislikes you.

    Hi,
The biggest reason to get banned is by spamming and using tricks
which are not allowed to generate visotors...As far i know....

    Thanks/

I had invalid page impressions on my account, I didn't know it was against TOS, it only talks about invalid clicks

of course, if you click your own adsense, you will get banned. dont tell your best friends about your adsense, they can help you click your adsense and also help you get banned.

I agree with you. So we had better be able to realistically run our website.

yes, site are banned because they do not read the TOS, and maybe clicking your own site and telling your families and friends to click the site and another factor is that because they are using a fast techniques (black hat) for link building that causing a spamming.

It most certainly talks about invalid impressions. You might want to reread.

i think one should keep CRT under 3% will be ok...

I also think one should not worry about being banned and try to find an adsense alternative just in case.

I agree with your second statement. Your first, though, I don't. Yes, you MAY be alright under 3% (providing everything is legit) but you just as likely MAY be okay much higher (again, providing that everything is legit)

I would amend all these statements about CTR to read:

I think you should be fine as long as you are not doing anything underhanded to gain clicks or traffic.
