    It really depends on what you mean by 'best'. Adsense is definitely the most RELIABLE and is basically the king of all advertising networks. YPN and everything else is secondary. I would definitely recommend putting up adsense advertisements where possible.

    However, just because you have adsense ads up, it doesn't mean that you can't use other programs. Go ahead, load your website with as many advertising network ads as you can. Put your eggs in as many baskets as possible.

    I would recommend CPXinteractive. They work well with all types of websites since you get paid for CPC, CPM as well as CPA.

    ValueClickMedia is another quality alternative.
