OK, this may be a bit of a random question, but what topics do people use for their money making sites? I dont want anyones super secret money making recipes- I just mean what do people focus on? Or is it just anything and everything?
People who make money do it because they figure the answers to these questions by themselves. Insurance is a HUGE industry with tons of potential. Now what are you going to do?
Maybe go buy some insurance for my pets? Sorry I wasnt being funny, I was just brainstorming myself and thinking through some ideas (Goes back to his crayons and paper)
Pick something that interests you - you will be more motivated. You don't have to know a lot about it, as long as you are willing to put forth the reasearch to effort to learn.
research research research. when i am looking for new niches to monetize what i do is sit down and login to one of my cpa network accounts and bring up the offer list. then i start going through offers. i look at the payout per lead, consider the niche, and try to think how i can monetize that offer. i think where can i find traffic that would be interested in this? what sort of site can i work with to promote this best? what promotional methods will work best? and so on and so on. i don't focus too much time on eahc offer, i just browse through the offer lists until something hits me. start at the offer and work your way back. don't start by choosing a niche and trying to find a way to monetize it afterwards.

And real talent. Best advice right there ^ It helps if you enjoy the subject matter and you know what you're talking about. The world doesn't need another copy and pasted, scraped, slapped together website.
The best website topic shall be the topic they are good in. The only way for those people to make money because they good in that niche and able to provide information and helpful information
Hello David, This really all depends on you my friend. When it comes to making these types of websites, you have alot you have to look into. First, it takes alot of research, because these types of sites are heavily competitive and will take alot of time and dedication to make successful. Now, with saying that, you have to find something that you are passionate about and that you enjoy doing, the reason I say this is because as I said earlier, it takes alot of time and dedication so you have to enjoy what you are doing or it will get boring and you will give up. So this is really all up to your mind and your creativity and where your interest start. That is the best place to start, find what you enjoy doing, research it to see how saturated it is and then go from there.
