I was wanting to know some recommendations of places or ways to promote your site to massively increase traffic. I am already doing many things, but was wanting some new ideas and needed some help and suggestions. . . So, what do you think are the best ways to promote your site? Which would you recommend and what would you stay away from? What are the most successful and bring the most traffic? Any input would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

The site I am referring to is a ptc (paid to click) site and soon to be a pts(paid to stumble) site and can be visited here; Tempscript.com I currently work for an SEO company and do a lot of link building and methods to get organic traffic from SE's, but was curious to learn some new methods or suggestions to get my site to as many people as possible. I wondered what all of you here would recommend, and what works well for you to really blow up a site and make it HUGE!
So is your site on page one in the engines? Sorry, I hate you SEO people. The only two real ways to bring in that traffic to the point of you being able to quit your job is advertising and getting word of mouth going. Well, with a few other methods thrown in. I love promoting sites/businesses and seeing them reach page one for highly competitive keywords, by-passing the paid advertising options, like AdWords, and getting organic, targeted traffic from people searching for their products or services. My clients get huge profits from the leads and sales and everybody is happy!! I would however, like to be doing it in some tropical environment, with a tropical beverage and bikinis galore. . . That's the beauty of SEO and web mastering work, it does not isolate you to any location, and you can conduct your business from any computer and an internet connection. We have a low cost service which would really benefit you I think. If you PM me I'll chat to you about it since I can't post live links yet. You're very likely to make your biggest source of traffic income from participating in social networks. Blogs, forums, networking websites, all of that. The main point is that there are many people out there on the net who will be looking for ways to make money, and they'll be actively searching for the answer to this. The likely place to seek advice is from other people of similar situations on the Internet, which is why you need to get your sales message infront of these people. Hope this helps, Scott.
