What are the best ways to get all your pages indexed.

    Is this impossible. I think even major sites that are PR 8, 9 do not have all their pages indexed. How would you go about getting as many pages as possible indexed?

    Two tips to get more of you pages index:

    1. Using an html site map linked from your home page.

    2. Getting deep links into your site from external sites will help a lot in getting more of your sites pages indexed (ways to get deep links social bookmarking sites, squidoo, blogs, etc...)

    make it sure that any page on your website can be accessed by a maximum of two links from any page.

    You should also focus on internal page linking structure as well.

    Apart from linking to all quality pages of your site from your site and using the internal link structure you should also use a Sitemap.

    I think that the search engines focus on the most popular pages on each site. If you have a page that you think is important, you should add a link to a page that is less than 3 clicks away.

    I think lot of the deeplinking will have to be natural. Its almost impossible to build deep links to all pages of a large site.

    Google, MSN and Yahoo now all support the Sitemaps protocol, so there really is no excuse not to have one (as well as a traditional HTML Sitemap).

    this is right and get quality backlinks. You may create articles and submit them to article directories with your deep links on the resource box. :)

    place your links in your article and press release footer. you can also place it in your forums signature. placing links at your blog can also help.

    Post as many pages as you can on social bookmark sites and also create anchor links to them in blogs and articles. Lots of work.
