Hello, I am setting up a content site. It will not sell anything at the beginning but will have ad space and rotating ads! to earn some money! I wanted to know what are the best ways to advertise a site with money? Adwords/facebook/bing/mylikes/fiverr/banner ads? What are the best platforms or even banner ads to get to bring traffic to your site?
if you are not selling anything then I would suggest go with some good cpm or pop network to get your website noticed in that case even if you do not get conversion you can get cheap traffic and try to make your website popular

My suggestion is that you should make your site popular in social networking sites. And increase the likes of fan pages, members of community and groups on social networking sites. It will be beneficial for your sites.
