    I personally use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator for graphics/layout and Dreamweaver to design the pages. For going the way of the Social Web I would use Wordpress or Joomla.

    we must learning using dreamweaver,php,HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and Photoshop to begin with.

    If you had done,you can do anything about website.
