Google is the best There are many sites specialized sites, Google will help you find thatyou really need

 

I think that Google is the best to find tutorial for learning design. Also you can learning on youtube. Have a lessons for learning design.

 

Could i now clearly what kind of designs you wanted to learn. As far as i know there are different kinds of designs like web designing, graphic designing, interior designing etc.., If you mention clearly i'll let you know the best websites that meets your requirement

 

Lynda . com have awesome graphics designing tutorials....

 

Or you can search on google. It 'll show you what you want to learn...

 

for my personal experience the best teaching is wanted on youtube and not only that the advantage of learning graphic design practice as it is in the tutorials that can be found on the web are free

 

For me, Google and Youtube are a good choice but not the best.

If you really want to learn, you can check Video2Brain (awesome content but not free, low price) or you can find really good content on Tutplus (free stuff but also paid content, you don't need to pay anything just learn from the free tutorials).

Even if you're a newbie you can learn, there're tutorials for anyone no matter your level, each day you can find new tutorials to learn and take action!. In my opinion w3school is best.
For video tutorials Youtube and Lynda.

 

There are several other forums offering details guide about learning Design and Photoshops.... Also check out latest Portable Laptops for graphic designers online or check out Walmart Electronics department.... Some amazing PC and software coming up which could be used while travelling in public transport also like Qualcomm based Phones having dedicated Graphic processors for Designing on the move...

 

As everyone has said...There are so many great Youtube authors with videos on designs. Including the basics and more advanced ideas.
For something different though...I use https://teamtreehouse.com/ and they have a 'design' section with a diverse range of videos.

 

I am a graphic designer and I learned from you-tube tutorials. But there is some shortcomings. Most of the video tutorials do not tell clearly about the tools they are using in their video. Anyway, it one of the best sources to learn graphic design.

 

First of all you need to know the basics of Designing Software such as Photoshop. If you had it, then move to You-tube where you can find enormous tutorials for designing. Moreover for creative ideas you can prefer 99design(dot)com and dribbble(dot)com where you will find competitive designs to get inspiration and learn designing and have creativity, indeed.

 

Lynda, digital tutors are the two options i know

 

For learning design the best tool is Photoshop. Learning Photoshop is not difficult task but not an easy task too. I will suggest you one link where you will learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, including advanced tips, techniques & extensions.
