    I use Thesis theme which has SEO built in with Google XML sitemaps, OnlywireAutoSubmit plugin, and Search Terms Tagging2 plugin.

    I use all-in-one-seo (who doesn't) and I also use headspace, but from what I see, headspace is trying to accomplish what All in one does, only aio has more features. All-In-One is worth it's weight in gold, yet it's free.
