I know PayPal is great and everybody has it but is there a payment processor out there that does NOT charge a fee? Or one that is less then PayPal's 3% fee?

Crazy idea I know... I can dream...

I don't think so that any payment processor exist with NO FEE

Check out other payment processors such as Moneybookers,2CO,ePassporte but they all charges FEE obviously.

    DON.

    I use AlertPay.
    It's fantastic, check it out.
There is no fee for regular buyers, but the premium accounts have a 2.5% + .25 transfer fee.

paypal is good. paypal personal account has no fees for transactions. however, it is not for business. you can also try plimus. however, their fees are more than paypal and have wide acceptance on many countries including the ones where paypal doesn't support.

Personal account of Paypal because it has zero fees! Well as long as you don't accept more than $500 a month and credit card funded money.

Google checkout is yet to include more countries in its service net. I think it is still restricted for use by American and European citizens only.

Google just announced that it is discontinuing the free transaction processing out of Google Ads spends effective May 5th. They have increased transaction charges to virtually the same level as Paypal. I am yet trying to understand why.

Be careful with virtual goods and google checkout, I paid a guy ~$1k for some programming work and 3 months after the service was completed google checkout refunded my money even though I didn't file a chargeback or anything. A couple days later I talked with the guy about and apparently all of his payments sent through google checkout had been refunded.

I resent him the money through paypal, because I am a nice guy, but a lot of customers didn't and he lost a large amount of money. Of course it was his fault google checkout does not allow virtual goods or services.
