What are the best paid directories?

    I have seen a few lists with paid directories but I would like to know which directories give the most valuable backlinks. Some of the directories have a PR7 but the internal PR is only 3 or 4. Does anyone know of the best few directories to submit to to increase PR for the next update?

    i think the best paid directory on these days is bigweblinks.com . it's a pr 7 web directory
