What are the best multi tier sub-affiliate programs?

    I'm working on a free ebook about promoting affiliate sites and I'm trying to gather a list of top paying sub-affiliate programs. I have a few sites already but I would like to get a list of 20 to 30 different affiliate programs that have a multi tier programs.
