Bruce Lee -Enter the Dragon,Way of the Dragon
Jet Li- Fist of Legend,Taichi, Fearless
    Jackie Chan-Drunken Master 2

Stephen Chow- Shaolin Soccer,Kungfu Hustle(though Chow's kungfu movies were mainly comedy+ special effects but nevertheless very entertaining) :)

Donnie Yen has many hit martial arts movies recently but I have not been very impressed. His "Legend of the Fist" (remake of Fist of Fury ) was stupid and crap. The latest "Wu Xia" was not bad though.Have not seen Ip Man yet but willcatch it one of these days :)
