Yes I do. I have a lot to learn, and no offense was taken. But how did you start at the bottom or at the top? Everyone must start somewhere.

What is the market that you are focusing on??? That the big question, once you find out which market (your niches) that you want to promote, then focus on marketing that target.

If you have no product or website, the best way is to create a free blog from blogger, then join CJ or Amazon, write about the products that you like on your blog, with your affiliate links, and join similar blogs leaving comments back to your site

I recently built a website for a Spanish lady living in England who wanted to sell Spanish Cosmetics called "Postquam". I have never heard of the product and told her that it is very unlikely that she will be succeed.

My warning fell upon deaf ears and she wanted the website regardless. To cut a long story short, I also managed to get her on the 1st page of Google (not difficult since nobody was competing against her).

Six months on she has only made around 6-7 sells, to sell on the internet, regardless of what the product is, you will only succeed if the public actually want it and are looking for it, it may be a fantastic product but if nobody is looking for it, then nobody will buy.

I agree with you Alan. My point was specifically to OP's post that he/she is willing to freelance content writing for others. That, I feel, is not a long term strategy since you would be pretty much earning the same thing anytime down the line.
