    The best link building techniques is the one that don't left any footprint to search engine, like give away content with anchor text in it to webmasters in order to be published on their websites ( the best technique. focus only in high traffic websites )

    Also, getting approved in quality directory with over 5 years old, very good traffic. (just submitting is not important, but get website approved and visible in directory is most important)

    i think, directory submission will best but it will bring traffic after some times but traffic will for long time. other things will do only short term traffic.

    The best linking building technique is creating a link wheel. When you create a link wheel you have your site linked to one site, then that site is then linked to another site, and so on and so on. Until the link comes back to your primary site. The advantages of a link wheel is that you are getting links from good PR sites which are then linked to another good PR site. These sites are passing their link juice back to your site.
    When Google and other search engines come and read your site, they see that you have been linked to high authority sites and this gives your site more credibility. Think of it this way:
    Would you want to get basketball advice from Michael Jordon or the coach at your local middle school. Who advice carries the most weight? Well, that is the same way Google and other search engines view your backlinks. If you got 100 backlinks from a PR0 site, it will not carry as much weight as 1 PR7 site or 1 .edu/gov site.
    The other part is to make sure that the sites you are linking too also are related to your site. What good is it to get 100 backlinks from a weight loss site, when you are promoting a How to Train Your Dog site.
    There are lots of products out their that promise to show you how to get backlinks are they promise to do backlinks for you. The best product I have found to teach you the right way to get backlinks and how to build a proper link wheel is site called High Quality Backlinks.

    First you know the meaning of Link Building. The Link building means we create the link in another sites through Social bookmarking, Directory submission etc. when the submitted site is approved then our link is build in those site. Here the Social bookmarking is the best technique for link building because it is very fast approved.

    I agree with the tactics that you have outlined. I am an in-house SEO for a staffing agency. Where do you recommend I find a link-building partner that can help with these tactics? Do you like Elance or are there better websites where quality SEOs hang out?
