    From your point of view, what are the best text link broker sites/systems? I would highly appreciate your opinion on this subject!

    The last thing you want to do these days is use a link broker. Penguin specifically targets broker networks. Few (if any) link brokers are sophisticated and knowledgeable enough to obtain links that will actually help a site in the SERPs. Target sites individually or if you do not posses the time (or it is better spent elsewhere) hire a person or company to handle it properly.
