What are the best IM products you have bought?

    There are a lot of IM products. Most of them come and go. Which ones are the best you have bought?

    I never bought any IM products because all major IM products almost free like yahoo, gtalk, skype etc.

    Just about all the products from Steve Clayton (blueprint) series are very good. Expensive unfortunately.
