How exactly does your "every day joe" create a good site about Medical stuff and Finances? Plus isn't the point of Adsense to get alot of traffic? the subject doesn't matter too much right? Like, if I have a site about...cats, and I get 100,000 pageviews a day...I can get lots of money from CPM. And the CPC ads will also be clicked once in a while...isn't that better than just making a medical site that has very good CPC?
You guys should really focus more on writing / making sites about things that interest you. Not only will be be more enjoyable you'll probably make a better website.
They don't. They steal articles or copy them from articles directory, or buy some crappy template on ebay. And then they come and complain here about their lack of revenue, demand urgent attention and don't even search the board.

Any topic is good, as long as you can get at least 1000 targeted traffic to that website on daily basis.
If you write quality content of your own interest consistently then you should not have question about traffic and earnings.Any niche is good if you put all your efforts from your bottom of heart.

(0.51 seconds) ) but the other is ( Results 1 - 10 of about 864 from press-reviews-forum.com. (0.36 seconds) ) only also i have more of 3 sites who i have hard work my principal forum i have more of 30000 members but adsense earn is very low Buy some crappy template on eBay i don’t liked because is not good for earn and I have never maked
