for normal copyrighting i think Elance and Getafreelancer are the best, you can also try scriptlance, but at scriptlance, the rates are very less. you get best rates at Elance and GEF only!
I've had terrible luck hiring writers on GetaFreelancer. They all seem eager in the beginning, then they disappear off the face of the planet.
Yes that is true and I speak from personal experience but the I think... the main reason for that is the low rate quote of the buyer. Mostly clients come to this site with the expectation of getting the "Quality writers for $1/article (500 words - 1000 words). I mean ... do you really believe you can retain quality writers for that kind of money. .. not possible. If the writer is good then he / she will move on after the initial experience. There are only three kinds of writers that you'll get on any such freelancing sites where writers are available for a cheap rate: 1. Newbies (beginners/freshers) who may be good or bad writers. 2. Experienced ones whose work is not good and they are not able to get work worth more money. 3. Teams of writers - which often contain a mix of good and bad writers and their resultant work is often unpredictable. So, the moral of the story is ... you get what you pay for. As a writer I can easily differentiate a good writer from the bad or average ones. So when I needed to hire a writer for my website , I posted a project on GAF and selected the best among the lot. Believe me she is a gem of a writer and works for as low as $1/rewrite (In fact I can easily see that her work is superior than mine and .. faster ) She has just begun freelance writing and I know that she will find better paying work and I'll respect her decision when she needs to move on (or asks for a raise).
