what are the best forums !

    There is no such thing as "best forums". Apart from personal preferences, aspects like:

    - what is one looking for;
    - is purely specialized an dedicated subject a must;
    - are needed technical skills to understand what is discussed an issue;
    - is a forum equiped with knowlegdeable staff, being around often;
    - is a forum eg the forum software in use op to date and patched;

    etc. etc.
