Ice cream hands down. Go to the grocery store and buy 5 different kinds of Ben and Jerry's. You won't be disappointed, just eat your pain away.
Absolutely. I'm not sure exactly what ingredient it is in chocolate, but it has certain anti-depressant qualities. Here's a recipe for hot chocolate that I've made many times. You take half and half (1/2 whole milk and 1/2 cream), put a few pieces of chocolate in it (like a Hershey's chocolate bar), and about 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. You put it in a mug, heat it in the microwave, and stir about every 10 seconds until the chocolate is all melted. It's the best!
I think ice cream will do the trick, but chocolate comes a close second. For some reason I also can't shoot down a nice well cooked steak. It's just great..
