    yahoo.com - pricey but carries authority
    dmoz.org - wait forever
    botw.org - pricey but has authority
    hotvsnot.com - pricey but indexed good
    romow.com - pricey but indexed good
    authoritydirectory.com - no toolbar pr but still carries seo weight
    vmoptions.com - reasonably priced and indexed good
    avivadirectory.com - pricey but indexed good
    ezilon.com - pricey but indexed good
    joeant.com - reasonably priced and indexed good

    More that I can remember of right now. :)

    Dmoz is the best without a doubt.
    But do not ignore other cool directories, some of them are older than Dmoz.
