What are the best competition spaying tools?

I use SEOQuake, but i would like to use something to compare it with. Are there more Firefox addons like this or maybe some other software for checking competing sites?

I always like the old "links:http://www.compeditorwebsite.com" query in google, just find the sites which link to your compeition and you'll have a good start, cheers!

 

But is it enough to know the number of backlinks? What else?
