What are the best Captcha services?

    I have been planning to move away from Google reCaptcha and after reading an article about how much data they actually are collecting, I have decided to speed up my efforts. It's pretty scary how much data they are collecting.
    The one that keeps coming is hCaptcha do you guys have any experience using it?
    Is there any more privacy focused captcha's and what are you using?

    What script are you using? Some come one with one built in, for example WHMCS uses their own simple algorithm and most forum software have their own as well.

    Good decision to move away from google dictatorship with there services ;-)
