What are the best article submission sites for creating backlinks?

I want to create my own personal backlinks. However, I'm curious about which are the best article submission sites as far as PR and credibility goes to which I should start using? Also which ones give DOFollow links?

Ezine articles dot com is the good site for doing article submissions.

There are hundred of article directories available on the net like Ezinearticles. Buzzle, Goarticel, Article Factory and more. I will suggest you Articlebase because just like me many webmasters and website owners use reprint articles from ArticleBase for their website.

No use only one article directory, better use different ones to submit articles.
