    Usually the best affiliate programs are the ones who can fit your niche.
    Now you may wonder what is the best niche?
    The best niche is the one that has even just 1 affiliate program on clickbank or CJ and almost no competition. You will end up with targeted (even if few) traffic willing to follow your affiliate link.

    Honestly...I have been really happy with Azoogle. I have been happy with Commission Junction and my Amazon affiliation.

    Linkshare has great products and programs.

    But it all totally depends on what products you are looking to sell.
