What are the best adnetworks for Proxy? (Without Adsense)

    I don't have adsense so apart from it which are the best ad networks for Proxy? and whether there are any adnetworks that pays via Paypal?

    Just apply to adsense, all the other ones are horrible. But you can try, Clicksor.com bidervertiser.com, chitika.com,adversal.com, adbrite.com, and many more.

    I would agree with above poster, I tried Clicksor and a few others and CTR was awful
