What are the advantages of getting a lot of Diggs to your articles?

I know you get some traffic, but does it actually build links?

 

It is all about the traffic, not the links. I've never received a lot of traffic from digg, but it is definitely possible. It is the possibility of hitting that occassional jackpot that makes it worth the time you invest. Plus, it is pretty easy.

 

yeah but I always hear about how bad the traffic converts so I guess Its not really worth that much. I think I will just stick to submitting and not worry about trying to get a lot of diggs. I mainly just do it to get the new page to my website indexed and to build a link aswell.

I have a video about Digg. It just seemed like the effort wasn't worth the traffic. Digg is all about traffic.

 

the traffic seems to be good however its not targeted traffic like other sites

 

its really only good for direct traffic and hopefully reciprical traffic from freinds or others posting it

it can get to many people if it is a god article so its worth it sometimes
