what are the activation fees for infolinks payoneer mastercard?

    There is no activation fee for any Payoneer card but they charge you like anything for loading the card, if you are earning through infolink and getting it filled up in Payoneer card it will be ok. If you want to have it loaded from your other card it is a big loss

    kindly clear this..i am much confused,, will they deduct 24.95$ first time ,when infolinks will send payment to my card?
