    I think content is most important than any thing.there is only 4% of my traffic from search engines but now i have 11k daily.I started my site april 2004.

    good content make users not only book mark your site but also tell him/her friends...

    There are no 3 most effective ways because it's different for every niche. I've worked with niches where most converting traffic was coming from youtube and with niches where it was mostly yahoo answers and forums. It really depends on what niche you are working with

    you are right. I agree .it deponds on its niche.as an example some websites only sell goods...may be good content doesn`t help them.
