What are some ways I can make money online with $16.12?

I have the $16.12 from a program called Gomez Peer. (PM me if you want a link ) I get paid about $5-6 from them a month.

So, I'd like to know how I could start making some money online with $16.12. =)

Start by getting yourself a domain name, and then hosting service.
You can either make it a niche blog or just a general blog, install wordpress on it.

Spend your time writing articles on it and do marketing. Get backlinks to it and make your blog popular.

 

Yep, go to wordpress.com and register a blog.

Use google's keyword tool to research things that pop into your head, then google to see if there are people competing for that keyword.

If there aren't, write a post about it and then trade links with other bloggers or people like on these forums.

Then, put adsense and other affiliate programs related to your niche in it, and repeat this process.

Do you know if there are any other ways? Maybe even a tad lazy? !
Such as purchasing referrals or something?
