What are some reasons that some advertisers decline an affiliate? I know one of them is using incentives. What are some other reasons?

If you don't have enough bars or whatever. If you don't make enough on CJ they won't want you for their program.

Some decline based on country, experience, EPC, not having a related site, being a software publisher (using downloads or toolbars for marketing).

They don't think publishers from Asian countries are fit for particular kind of offers. They often tend to decline you application

Quality of traffic, or simply trying to game the system are probably the most common decisions an affiliate does not want to be a part of your service. I never really understood the poor traffic conversion part...they are essentially getting free traffic, even if it doesn't convert. Overall though, it makes their product look less desirable to other affiliate marketers since you, or the person with bad traffic, is lowering the overall conversion rate of the affiliate and devaluing it as a whole.
