    are some good themes for your need , but those are premium themes for which you need to pay.

    Rather I would suggest you to get 2011 & 2014 themes from Wordpress theme repository & customize it , because these 2 are light-weight & easy to customize to suit your need. Also they are mobile-responsive already , so you dont have to spend time & money to get it responsive .

    If you need a wordpress theme for your local business. Then i prefer you to find your business related website.
    Because Choice is vary person by person. Because my choice does not match with other.
    I prefer your own choice but i can give you some place address where you can found your business related wordpress site.

    but in few days ago i worked for a dental website. And the website is very easy to use and so beautiful. Check that theme .
